A home-styling session includes a one-off home visit by our DBS checked team (usually 2-3 hours), with a room by room walk around to identify your issues and goals.

We will provide advice and suggestions throughout the consultation, with guidance on

• Rethinking and restyling existing furniture and layouts to achieve a better flow
• Advice on decluttering or downsizing possessions to make more space
• Redecorating key areas for focus and lifestyle appeal, with paint colour suggestions
• New storage suggestions
• Ideas for curating wall art, objects and knick knacks
• Advice on first impressions and door step appeal in order to maximise the selling potential

If the property or certain rooms are empty, suggestions on furnishing the room will be provided with rental or purchasing assistance available.

Stylish Solutions

The visit will be followed up by a comprehensive report which will include asummary of the suggestions to add vitality and help increase the market appeal of the property if that is the desire.

Tailored to each client’s budget, the report will advise on space planning and selecting any products to be purchased taking into consideration colours and schemes.

This service is extremely relaxed because our report allows the client to undertake the styling themselves, in their own time.

If our clients are unable to carry out all the points on the report, our in-house team can assist with preparing the property.
